Win Williams brings over 30 years of expertise in risk management and environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) to HUB International’s Risk Services Division, where he leads the US Western Region as Senior Vice President. In this role, he oversees risk service operations, develops strategic initiatives, and provides customized solutions for complex clients. Win also heads the HUB Risk Services Entertainment & Sports Specialty Practice, leveraging deep industry knowledge across sectors such as sports, entertainment, cannabis, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, education, public entities, real estate, agriculture, and hospitality.
Prior to joining HUB, Win served as a Safety & Environmental Consultant and Manager of Training Services for leading EH&S consulting firms in Chicago, St. Louis, and Houston. He also volunteered with the Peace Corps in Peru, collaborating with community leaders to improve water, sanitation, and hygiene. Win is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and an active Event Safety Alliance (ESA) member, continuously contributing to industry advancements.
