Compliance Alert!

In 2022, 51% of all internal compliance audits found business policies to be at either a high or very high risk of enforcement. Think about it - that figure underscores that more than 1 in every 2 businesses were exposed to legal scrutiny.

Fast forward to 2023, and 61% of businesses reported that regulatory changes to employment laws reduced the effectiveness of their compliance strategies and increased their susceptibility to noncompliance.

The reality – which these numbers just serve to reinforce – is that staying compliant with federal and state labor regulations continues to become more and more complicated.

As we step into 2024, the landscape of compliance is no exception.

With a longer and more intricate checklist of compliance requirements around the corner, the need to prepare for new and updated laws to take effect has never been greater.

Are you prepared for these impending changes?
