FAQs

What are the 6 forms included with the WVPP Policy Template package?

Our HR team created the following fillable forms to provide a structured, intuitive, and convenient approach to compliance with California's SB 553:

  1. Violent Incident Log: This form is mandatory for every workplace violence incident and must be completed by the employer.

  2. Employee Reporting Form: This form is offered as an option for employees to report hazards, incidents, or concerns.

  3. Incident Investigation and Corrective Actions Form: Completed by designated personnel, this form ensures thorough incident investigation while safeguarding personal and medical information.

  4. Group Training Log: Utilize this form for group training sessions to monitor employee attendance and completion.

  5. Employee Training Record: Maintain individual training records using this form to track employee participation and completion of all training sessions.

  6. Hazard Inspection Checklist: Employ this checklist to conduct workplace inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards effectively.

Are the downloadable training videos and PowerPoint different?

The downloadable training videos incorporate our custom PowerPoint content to create an easy-to-use, multi-media training resource. Featuring exclusive audio content, these videos are designed to provide your staff the necessary training to not only comply with California's new mandate but also the knowledge to continuously support a safe workplace environment. And, because they are ready-made, you can quickly and effectively fulfill the SB 553 training requirement.

The PowerPoint file used in our pre-made training videos is formatted as a company brandable document so that you can personalize them to your workplace.

How much does a fully customized WVPP typically cost?

At Combined, we believe in billing transparently. As such, we charge only for the actual time our team spends developing your customized WVPP.

Our WVPP service is priced competitively at $150 per hour, with an average completion time of 10 hours, bringing the total estimated cost to $1500 per project.

However, the complexity of a plan can vary based on several factors including business industry, size, and number of  locations, all of which can affect the project duration and overall cost of the service.

During an introductory meeting, we will provide you with an hourly estimate based on the specific needs of your business.
